Letterbox Love [20]

Letterbox Love is a weekly feature hosted by Lynsey on Narratively Speaking inspired by Alea at Pop Culture Junkie

It came out of a group discussion on twitter for the desire and need for a UK feature to share our weekly grabs, buys and haul of a bookish nature as well as any other goodies we care to share.

Received

Chopsticks by Jessica Anthony and Rodrigo Corral
This books looks and sounds brilliant as the concept is so different from any other book.  It's all told visually and each reader can read the story different depending on how they interpret it
Thanks to Razorbill for this one

Dash & Lily's Book of Dares by Rachel Cohn and David Levithan
Thanks to Mira Ink for this one.  Been told that it's one I should read by a few people already.

The Diviners by Libba Bray
Thank you Atom Books for this one.  A beautiful looking book

Black Spring by Alison Croggon
Thanks hugely to Hannah at Walker Books for sending me an early copy of this.  Very happy to be a Coven Member!

Hold on by Alan Gibbons
Thank to Indigo for this copy.

The Hex Factor by Harriet Goodwin
Thanks to Stripes Publishing for this one.  Don't normally review mid grade books but this sounded like a fun fright fest for Halloween

Mortal Engines by Philip Reeve
I bought this myself.  Never read this series but literally can't even mention it to people without them gushing and telling me that it's right up my street.  Just read Goblins by Philip Reeve and LOVED it so can't wait to read this!

Happy Reading

XOXO
