I do read e-books but only those i buy myself or that I request in that format. NO UNSOLICITED EBOOKS PLEASE. I just don't have time to read them all currently as I do work full time and don't want to have to be rude everyday emailing authors/publishers saying no.
Currently I only review the books I buy myself as well as those I receive from select publishers or authors that I've already made contact with directly and this is also all dependant on time schedules and life in general.
Currently I only take books from the following:
- Teen /YA fiction: Focused mainly on Paranormal Romance or Sci-fi/Horror Adventure Based stories but if it fits the Teen/YA genre I generally will give it a go if the Blurb peaks my interest
- Limited Adult Fiction: Mainly Sci-fi, Horror, Fantasy or Paranormal Genre or if they crossover with YA
I can not guarantee to review EVERY book I receive but I do try to read the future releases as soon as I can so a review is up near to or before the publication date.
I try to be as clear as I can in my reviews about the positive aspects of the book rather than focusing on negatives but I do like the be honest and will mention things I may have not liked while reading e.g. characters I didn't gel with or plot points that I didn't understand.
All books I receive will be shown in my 'Letterbox Love' feature (formally known as the In My Mailbox feature) and I post progress on my GoodReads account as I read it.

I no longer Grade the books I read out of 10 but some older reviews still have the grading system and here is how my Old Rating System worked:
1-2 out of 10: Either I didn't like it or couldn't finish it at all. Likely it just wasn't a book that appealed to me or I just couldn't click with the story. I sometimes may go back to a book at a later stage and these reviews will note this point and have an attached EDIT review posted with it.
3-4 out of 10: It wasn't awful but didn't really stand out enough to make me want to rave about it. Has positives and negatives but the negatives overshadow the positives for me.
5-6 out of 10: It was OK and I enjoyed it, may have a few points that fell flat for me but nothing that would stop me wanting to read more a series or buying more books by the same author.
7-8 out of 10: Really good book, fab characters and plot and I would recommend to more readers. Might not be for everyone but it would have some excellent positives that anyone would enjoy no matter how they rate the book.
9-10 out of 10: EXCELLENT! Loved it and everything about it. Left me wanting more and raving about it. Generally these books leave me thinking about it days and weeks after I finish reading!
